Keith’s Appliances is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Engage in marketing and sales activities to promote additional services and generate business.
- Process work orders, promptly return customer calls, and address any customer complaints.
- Undertake other responsibilities as required, including potential cross-training in related roles.
Qualifications :
- At least two years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.
- Positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation: $44,038.25 - $44,282.56 per year
